More summer wrap-up

We finally got Jake into the pool this year. It seems the life jacket was not his thing, but the water wings sure did the trick. Unfortunately, it was the end of August by the time he discovered that he liked it! Oh well, there's always next year!



Darin, Jenny, Flip and I played in a golf outing to benefit NF and then drove up to Elkhorn for another cottage weekend. Here's us on the course:



Joe and Francesca joined us on Saturday morning. Unfortunately, it rained a bit throughout the day, but we still had fun.



We all went to Gage Marine for their annual block party. We had enough time to grab a bite to eat before the storm rolled in. Photo by Jake:



We ended up going over to the Tomich's where the kids played outside and the fellas played cards.

On Sunday, the guys played golf. We made it out on the boat in the afternoon (the weather finally cooperated). Here's Nathan and Jake on the tube:
